Effective inventory management is a critical component of maintaining operational awareness during emergency events. The Salamander INVENTORY APP offers an interoperable solution to track equipment issued, returned, and consumed throughout incidents and operations.

By utilizing SalamanderLive™, users can ensure that equipment is properly maintained and accurately documented within the comprehensive INVENTORY MANAGEMENT database, facilitating reliable reporting and oversight.

Issue Mode: Using a mobile device, personnel can scan their Salamander TAG, followed by the scanning of one or multiple equipment TAGs to assign assets to specific individuals. This process automatically updates the status of fixed assets in SalamanderLive™, decrementing their quantities to indicate active deployment in the field.

Return Mode: Equipment can be returned to inventory by scanning the equipment's TAG. Upon return, the system increments the quantity on-hand within SalamanderLive™, ensuring inventory levels are current and accurately reflected.
